Reminds me of appointments and medical history, should include physicians contact information though.

Very user-friendly site. Easy to keep track of appointments and other health records. I almost like it better than the website.

Very user friendly. Love the fast results and emails I get to remind me of my appts. Dr responds to emails fast as well. I love the prescription request as well. Overall I love the convenience of this app.

Until the update, this app was utterly useless. It was impossible to sign on about 90 percent of the time. That problem seems to be fixed, but the most important function -- communicating with doctors -- works poorly. It takes half a day or more for sent messages to appear in their folder.

Great app for looking at your results on the run and keeping up with appointments

Very easy to use and convenient if you want to track medications/ weight. It notifies you about doctor visits and it is fully updated by the time you leave the doctors office, so you can check your patient summary right away. Very good app

This app has made communication with my doctor so much better! Also great for seeing when my appointment is and my medical history! Thanks!!

The concept is very useful to the patient, and to the children of older parents, to obtain health information. Especially when traveling away from home. I do continue to have issues logging in and recently was not successful on several attempts. But successful this morning. I do wonder though if Doctors appreciate the emails we send them...... Are they seen as just "more interruptions" or as a positive part of their day since typically their nurse staff acts as a "filter" for them. But in general..... This platform is a welcomed step forward.

We love this app! Its a great way to keep up with our health, and keep in touch with our Doctor. This is a great Clinic full of great , caring Doctors!!

Was a little buggy at first but seems rock solid these days

Has all my records, prescriptions, test results, in one place. Often saves calls to the doctor. Also reminds me to schedule appointments.

This app is great! My child has a combination of neurological problems and I used to have to call a very busy office to be left waiting for third party communication from his neuro. Now I send off a message and wait for the physician reply. Sure for an emergency I would not use this app, but for 95% of my needs of communication, this is perfect! Plus removing the third person relaying my message cuts out any misunderstanding of what I need! I only wish all our doctors used this app!!!

Fairly easy to use. Doesnt seem to have Touch ID available though. That would really help with logging in. If it is available it doesnt seem to be easy to find. Glad to see that health kit is supported so I can share more information with my doctor.

It works well but I have noticed some lag as to when messages from the doctors office are received, sometimes days or weeks before a message that was sent shows up.
