Improved from non-functional to merely bad

Until the update, this app was utterly useless. It was impossible to sign on about 90 percent of the time. That problem seems to be fixed, but the most important function -- communicating with doctors -- works poorly. It takes half a day or more for sent messages to appear in their folder.
