Simple

This app is great! My child has a combination of neurological problems and I used to have to call a very busy office to be left waiting for third party communication from his neuro. Now I send off a message and wait for the physician reply. Sure for an emergency I would not use this app, but for 95% of my needs of communication, this is perfect! Plus removing the third person relaying my message cuts out any misunderstanding of what I need!
I only wish all our doctors used this app!!!
