Nice being able to have and view everything at my finger tips!!!

Very helpful app, nice to look at your health history and your upcoming appointments.

I really love this app. Its great to be able to pull up my records anytime I need them, add notes in the journal, take a look at my blood pressure history or how my weight has changed over time, and when I have a question I always get a quick response from my doctor. The touch ID works great so I can sign-in quickly, and its very user friendly so I can always find what I need. A++!!

My Doctors office uses this app to keep me apprised of my lab results, upcoming appointments, and prescriptions. It makes managing my health easier for me and easier for the doctors. Love it!

If you have Memorial/Sofld Clinic based physicians, this app is a must have!!! Can review records, upcoming appointments, tests results, etc whenever you want. Very convenient (and in my opinion, faster) way to request Rx refills, make appts & send messages to your Dr.

Very handy. Keeps track of prescriptions and refills. Make appointments and communicate with your physician.

The Pinehurst Neurology Follow My Health App is great! It is a wonderful efficient way for me to be able to communicate with the best doctor in the world. Dr Jonathan Richmond. He is so patient and gives you time to get everything explained and he always knows what is best and gets it done. He is passionate about his work in Neuro and I so appreciate that.

Being in the field Ive seen some not so friendly patient portals, but this one is laid out nicely.

I really like the use of this app to help with a variety of services from my Dr.s office. I have the ability to check my health records, see test results from lab work thats been done plus I can send messages to the office or my Dr.s nurse. This app is easy to use and navigate thru. I would highly recommend for use to stay on top of your medical care.
